Purpose
These Terms define the conditions for accessing and using the Elysium Care platform, an intelligent suivi patienterative follow-up SaaS solution, published by MEDS-LINK Ltd.
Platform Access
Access to the platform is reserved for healthcare professionals and medical establishments that have subscribed to an Elysium Care plan. Each user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials.
Health Data
Health data processed via the platform is hosted on HDS-certified infrastructure in accordance with French regulations. MEDS-LINK Ltd acts as a data processor within the meaning of the GDPR.
Liability
Elysium Care is a medical follow-up support tool. It does not replace the clinical judgement of the physician and does not constitute a medical act. The practitioner remains solely responsible for all medical decisions made.
